Dumpster loading & labor

Dumpster loading in NEPA.

Already have a container, or planning to rent one? Hire help to carry out the contents and load them within your provider's rules.

How labor-only loading works

You rent the dumpster directly from the provider you choose. We schedule around its delivery and pickup, then bring the labor to carry everything out and load it.

  • Carry-out from the rooms and areas included in your scope
  • Breaking down furniture and bulky items to save space
  • Loading within the provider's fill line and weight restrictions
  • Keeping prohibited items out, per your rental agreement
  • Clean-up of the work area and around the container

Don't have a dumpster yet?

Tell us what you're clearing and we'll help you work out the size, placement, and timing before you contact a rental provider. Smaller jobs may suit another disposal method entirely.

For contractors

A remodeler may need old cabinets or approved renovation debris loaded before the next trade arrives. A roofing company may need help collecting discarded materials at ground level and loading an agreed container. We review selected cleanup and preparation tasks in Scranton, Wilkes-Barre, and nearby NEPA communities.

Tell us what needs moving, where it is staged, who supplies the container, and your target date. Materials, access, disposal-provider limits, and our capacity need to be reviewed before work is agreed.

Roof work, roof-level shingle tear-offs, electrical or plumbing work, structural demolition, and hazardous-material removal are not part of this service. Ground-level cleanup is separate from work on a roof.

Planning the loading work

What affects the labor estimate?
The amount and weight of the material, sorting or disassembly, stairs, carry distance, and access to the container. Send photos and any delivery or collection dates you have.
Who pays disposal charges?
If you rent directly, you pay the provider under its rental terms, including weight and overage charges. Our estimate identifies our labor and any other business-paid work separately.
Can everything go in the dumpster?
No. Check your rental agreement's material restrictions and weight limit. Flag paint, chemicals, fuel, batteries, tires, or suspect materials before loading is planned.

Have a container to fill?

Tell us the dumpster size, what's going in it, where it will sit, and the date you're working toward. We'll review the access and follow up with a labor estimate.
