How it works
A clear scope before anyone picks anything up.
Sending a request doesn't commit you to anything, and it doesn't book a date. It starts a conversation about the job.
- 01
Tell us about the job
Use the estimate form to describe the property, the areas involved, and the work you need. Photos of each space help us assess volume, access, and labor.
- Property type and location
- Which rooms or areas, and how full they are
- Stairs, parking, or access limits
- Whether a dumpster is already arranged
- 02
We review the scope
We look over what you've sent and follow up using the contact method you prefer. For straightforward jobs we can often estimate from photos. Whole houses, tear-out, and heavy items may need a walk-through first.
- Written estimate of the work included
- What's excluded and why
- Who handles disposal, and how
- Questions about anything unclear
- 03
Schedule the work
Once you've agreed to the scope, price, timing, and disposal plan, we set a date. If you're renting a dumpster, we'll coordinate around delivery and pickup.
- Confirmed date and arrival window
- Dumpster timing, if applicable
- Access arrangements
- Any change agreed in writing first
If the job changes
Sometimes there's more behind the basement door than the photos showed. If the work grows beyond what was agreed, we stop and talk to you first. Additional work and any price change are confirmed in writing before we continue.
Tell us about the job.
Describe the property and the work. Photos help. We'll review the scope and follow up with an estimate or a time to look in person.
