- Recurring properties or extra labor on a project? How we work with professionals.
Labor-only loading
Already have a dumpster? We'll load it.
Renting the container is the easy part. Getting a house worth of furniture, boxes, and debris down the stairs and packed in tight is the work. Hire us for the labor and keep your dumpster rental with whichever provider you choose.
If you have a dumpster
- We carry out, sort, and break down items
- Load densely to use the space you paid for
- Keep prohibited items out of the container
- Sweep up the areas we cleared
If you don't yet
- We'll help you estimate the size you need
- Talk through renting direct vs. other options
- Coordinate timing around delivery and pickup
- Small jobs may not need a dumpster at all
We don't own or rent out dumpsters. Your rental is arranged and billed by the provider; we're paid for the labor and project work.
How it works
From inquiry to agreed work.
- 01
Tell us about the job
Describe the property and the work. Photos help us assess the contents, access, and labor involved.
- 02
We review the scope
We send an estimate based on what we see, or arrange a walk-through when the job needs one.
- 03
Schedule the work
Once scope, price, timing, and disposal arrangements are agreed, we put the job on the calendar.
Submitting a request starts the conversation. It doesn't book a date. More on the process
Who we help
Your home or a property you manage.
For professionals, that means a written scope before work starts, photos when it's done, and one point of contact throughout.
Rental & investor services- Homeowners
- A garage you can park in again, a basement ready to finish, or a house ready to list.
- Estate representatives
- A household cleared to your instructions, with keepsakes and paperwork set aside for review.

- Landlords & property managers
- Authorized property clear-outs, access coordination, and photos for your file.
- Real estate investors
- A property stripped to a clean starting point: contents out, carpet and cabinets up.
- General contractors
- Extra hands for tear-out, debris loading, and site clean-up on a defined scope.
Local focus
Plan the work around the property.
In older NEPA homes, a narrow staircase or long carry from the basement can affect the work as much as the amount of furniture. Photos of entrances, stairs, and parking help us plan access before setting a date.
We keep the work practical and the communication plain: what we'll do, what we won't, what it costs, and when we'll be there. Let us know which belongings are staying and any areas that need particular care.
