Property & estate cleanouts
House, estate, and room cleanouts.
Clear a basement, attic, garage, or inherited home in Scranton and surrounding NEPA communities. Tell us what's staying and what needs to go.
What a cleanout includes
- Removing furniture, appliances, boxes, and general household contents
- Separating items to keep, donate, recycle, or discard to your instructions
- Carrying out from basements, upper floors, and tight stairwells
- Loading a dumpster you've arranged, or working with another disposal plan
- A broom-swept finish in cleared areas
Estate and inherited properties
Before clearing an inherited home, identify the belongings you want to keep and anything that needs a family review. We can discuss working in stages and separating those items from the contents approved for removal.
If you're the executor and live out of the area, we can coordinate access with you or your realtor and send photos as the work progresses.
Single-area cleanouts
You don't need a whole-house project to contact us. For a basement, garage, or attic, show us how full the space is, the route out, and where the contents will go.
What affects the price
- Total volume and how much sorting is involved
- Stairs, carry distance, and parking or driveway access
- Heavy items such as pianos, safes, or cast-iron fixtures
- The disposal arrangement and how many loads it takes
Two similar-sized homes can involve very different amounts of work. Photos help us assess the scope; an in-person look may still be needed.

Describe the property and the areas to clear, note anything that stays, and upload photos of each space. We'll review the scope and follow up with an estimate or a time to look in person.
